Frequently asked questions

What clients ask us most often

Can you file my income tax return even if I did it myself in previous years?

Yes. Bring us the documents for the year and, if you have it, last year’s return. We review your situation and check that it includes every deduction and allowance you are entitled to.

I have received a letter from the Spanish Tax Agency. What should I do?

Do not ignore it: the notice itself states the deadline for replying. Bring us the complete letter as soon as possible and we will prepare the reply with the documents it asks for.

Can you support me during a tax inspection?

Yes. Assistance with inspections is part of the tax area: we accompany you and represent you before the Spanish Tax Agency throughout the whole procedure.

What is tax planning and who is it for?

It means working out in advance how to organise your business and your transactions so that you pay what is due and no more, always within the rules. It is mainly useful for self-employed people and companies.

How do I know which forms I have to file each quarter?

It depends on your activity and on how you are taxed. When we start, we go through it with you and tell you which forms apply to you and when they are due.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, we work by appointment. You can request one by phone, by email or from the contact page of this website, so that we can give your case the time it needs.

Which languages do you work in?

We work in Spanish and Catalan: you can write to us, call us or visit the office in whichever of the two you prefer. This English version of the website is provided for information.

Is this your case? Let’s talk.
