Frequently asked questions

What clients ask us most often

What does bookkeeping include?

Classifying and recording every transaction of the business and preparing the accounting reports, so that you always know how things stand and have everything needed for your taxes.

Which taxes do you file?

We prepare and file whichever taxes apply to your activity: among others, VAT, personal income tax and any other levies that concern you.

How often should I send you my invoices?

The more up to date, the better. With the quarter’s invoices complete, the VAT return can be prepared well ahead of its deadline instead of at the last minute.

What is form 303?

It is the VAT self-assessment return. Most businesses file it every quarter, and the figures come straight from the accounts.

What is form 202?

It is the advance payment of Corporate Income Tax. It applies to companies, and we prepare it from your accounts.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, we work by appointment. You can request one by phone, by email or from the contact page of this website, so that we can give your case the time it needs.

Which languages do you work in?

We work in Spanish and Catalan: you can write to us, call us or visit the office in whichever of the two you prefer. This English version of the website is provided for information.
