Frequently asked questions
What clients ask us most often
What do you need to start running my company’s payroll?
The company’s details, the details of each employee and the conditions agreed with each of them. With that we prepare the first payslip and explain what you will need to send us every month.
Someone new is joining my team. When should I let you know?
As soon as you have decided, with the person’s details and the agreed conditions: that way we can answer your employment questions and prepare their first payslip in good time, without last-minute rushes.
Do you handle retirement applications?
Yes. We prepare and file applications for early retirement and for retirement, and we explain beforehand which documents are needed.
What about maternity and paternity leave?
We handle those too. We manage the application so that the person receives the benefit they are entitled to for the birth.
Why does form 111 affect me if I have employees?
Because the income tax withheld from payslips is paid to the tax authorities with that form every quarter. We coordinate it with the tax area so that you never miss the dates.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we work by appointment. You can request one by phone, by email or from the contact page of this website, so that we can give your case the time it needs.
Which languages do you work in?
We work in Spanish and Catalan: you can write to us, call us or visit the office in whichever of the two you prefer. This English version of the website is provided for information.
